What does the registration include?
- 10 nights of accommodation in a shared room. Entry on January 26th from 12:00 p.m. and departure on February 5th at 12:00 p.m.
- 2 meals a day (breakfast and lunch). Elaborated, abundant, homemade and varied meals with the possibility of adapting to menus with preferences or specific diets.
- Internal travel to places where activities outside the home are scheduled (travel to concerts, specific workshop locations, cultural visits).
- Entry to 3 concerts (still to be announced).
- 10 Percussion Workshops with professors, Afro-Brazilian percussion professionals, referents in the city of Salvador and with experience in workshops all over the world.
- Official Certificate of Attendance to the Bahia Percussion Camp 2023.
- Audiovisual material that will be made available to the people who participate in the workshops.
- Official Souvenir Bahia Percussion Camp 2023.
- Instrument for the workshops.
- Official t-shirt (abadá) of the Bahia Percussion Camp.
- Discounts on the purchase of instruments with our official sponsor Contêmporanea.
- 24-hour assistance during the days of the event for any questions, emergencies or queries by staff with extensive experience in the area.
What is NOT included in the registration?
- Flights or Airport Transfers
- Travel insurance (not mandatory, but advisable).
- Dinners are not included (we can advise you on the best places in the area).
How is the reservation payment made?
We ask you for an advance payment of €300 for the reservation. The rest of the amount will be paid in cash upon arrival.
This reservation is non-refundable in case you want to cancel it for personal reasons.

What does the workshop registration include?
- Access to a workshop to choose from within our program.
- Audiovisual material that will be made available to the people who participate in the workshops.
What is NOT included in the workshop registration?
- Instrument for the workshop (you can rent one with us)
- Water, food
- Transfers to the workshops places
How is the reservation payment made?
We ask you for one payment of €30 for the reservation (of each workshop).
This reservation is non-refundable in case you want to cancel it for personal reasons.
