He has taught classes and workshops in Japan, Austria, Mexico, Panama, Martinique, Argentina, Spain, Brasília, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. Began teaching classes as teacher in institutions such as: FUNCEB, APAE, QUABALES, and acting as artistic, musical director and teacher in the project BRAZILIAN RITHM ACADEMY (TAIWAN), WHASHUZAN HIGHLAND (JAPAN) where he lived for 4 years. Working hard to spread his knowledge and promote culture.

He is currently an advisor to Olodum, Mestre of the Banda Mirim da Escola Olodum, substitute mestre and percussionist musician of Banda Olodum and conductor of the Afro-symphonic orchestra Olodum, through Casa da Ponte, a project by maestro Ubiratan Marques and percussion teacher at Pracatum.

He won the international title of mestre advisor of the group Eloin Samba Reggae, Geraldo is president of the Sociocultural Group Repiquesia, partner of Repiquesia Production Agency and a music graduate. He is the General Coordinator of Carnaval da Diversidade, which had its first edition held in 2024 in the neighborhood of Federação/BA.
